DEPOSIT

Virtual services require a 99% deposit prior to the appointment. If you booked using PayPal Pay-in-4, the first 25% payment is all that is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on virtual services. If there is less than 24 hours before canceling your scheduled appointment time, your appointment deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours ahead, your deposit will be refunded in full

The Daze Studio reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. On rare occasion, our stylists may have to reschedule your appointment to a different time or date because of sickness or other reasons. If you prefer not to reschedule, we will refund you 100% of your payment.
