You can return items for a refund or store credit if it is within 14 days of purchase and items are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging (except items listed in the Non-Refundable section below). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds and store credit will be provided for the cost of the item plus tax only. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Contact us at Shop@TheDazeStudio.com within 14 days of receiving your items, and we will give you authorization and the option to return the item(s) for store credit or return the item(s) for a refund. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. All returns may be subject to inspection before approval. Please ship the items back to us and provide us with a tracking number. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or store credit.

Non-Refundable items:

The following items are non-refundable: Educational videos (rented or purchased), shears, combs, brushes, hair accessories, and Daze stiks. Education classes are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. To reschedule, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance. Classes are not transferable to another person.

Store Credit:

If you would like store credit instead of a refund, please notify us in your original email to Shop@TheDazeStudio.com. If your items meet the requirement stated in the previous paragraph, you will be sent a store credit code via email after we receive your return. Free shipping will only apply when you use your store credit if your order is over $75.

Store credit returns are limited to one shipped return per 14-day policy period. We are unable to issue refunds on orders placed with store credit.

When Can I Expect To See My Refund?

After receiving the items from you, refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your banking institution.

My Order Has Been Shipped, But I Don't Want It Anymore. Can You Refund Me?

If your order has shipped, we can’t recall it. Your shipped order will have to be treated as a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


I Haven't Received My Package, But USPS Says It Was Delivered. What Happens Now?
If your package cannot be located, we will open a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS.

This can take up to 8 business days to be completed, and we cannot issue a reship or refund until the process is complete.
