You can return all items, except tools (shears, combs, brushes, hair accessories and Daze stiks), for a refund or store credit if it is within 14 days of purchase and items are unused, unopened and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds and store credit will be provided for the cost of the item plus tax only. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Contact us at within 14 days of receiving your items and we will give you authorization and the option to return the item(s) for store credit or return the item(s) for a refund. Any returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. All returns may be subject to inspection before approval. Ship the items back to us and provide us with a tracking number. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or store credit.

The following items are non-refundable: shears, combs, brushes, hair accessories and Daze stiks.

Store Credit:

If you would like store credit instead of a refund, please notify us in your original email to If your items meet the requirement stated in the previous paragraph, you will be sent a store credit code via email after we receive your return. When you use your store credit, free shipping will only apply if your order is over $75.

Store credit returns are limited to one shipped return per 14-day policy period. We are unable to issue refunds on orders placed with store credit.

When Can I Expect To See My Refund?

After we receive the items from you, refunds may take 5-7 business days to process depending on your banking institution.

My Order Has Been Shipped, But I Don't Want It Anymore. Can You Refund Me?

If you order has shipped, we can’t recall it. Your shipped order will have to be treated as a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


I Haven't Received My Package, But USPS Says It Was Delivered. What Happens Now?
If your package cannot be located, we will open a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS.

This can take up to 8 business days to be completed, and we cannot issue a reship or refund until the process is complete.
