All services require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your appointment. The deposit will go towards your services. If you booked using PayPal Pay-in-4, the first 25% payment is all that is required. 


If you cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment, your appointment deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment more than 72 hours ahead, your deposit will be refunded.

The Daze Studio retains the right to reschedule your appointment and in the rare event that our stylists are unable to keep the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a different time or date. If this is not convenient for you, we will reimburse you 100% of your payment.

At The Daze Studio, we value your time and strive to begin your appointment promptly. However, there may be instances where we exceed our allotted time by 10-15 minutes due to factors such as the preceding client needing additional drying time. If this occurs, rest assured that we will still provide you with the utmost care and attention during your appointment, and we will make every effort to complete your service within the original time frame.



If you are 15 minutes late or more we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.


It's your choice to mask or not. If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with Flu, RSV, Mpox, COVID-19, or other transmissible diseases, please cancel ASAP, and we will issue a full refund. We will provide you with another appointment date when your symptoms have subsided. The Daze Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments of clients that display sick symptoms.

Due to limited space, we ask that you please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment. 


Minors 16 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the appointment.
