DEPOSIT

All services require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your appointment. The deposit will go towards your services. If you booked using PayPal Pay-in-4, the first 25% payment is all that is required. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your appointment deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours ahead, your deposit will be refunded.

The Daze Studio reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. On rare occasion, our stylists may have to reschedule your appointment to a different time or date because of sickness or other reasons. If rescheduling does not work for you, we will refund you 100% of your payment.

The Daze Studio respects your time and will start your appointment on time to the best of our ability. However, at times we may run 10-15 minutes over schedule due to the clients prior to you (extra dry time needed, etc). If this happens, know that you will still receive the care and attention needed during your appointment and we will be vigilant to finish your appointment during your original allotted time.

If you are 15 minutes late or more we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

COVID-19 ETC.
It's your choice to mask or not. If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with Monkeypox or COVID-19, please cancel, and we will issue a full refund. We will provide you with another appointment date when your symptoms have subsided.

GUESTS POLICY
Due to limited space, we ask that you please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment. 
Minors 16 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the appointment.
